Palouse Blend

Though I usually go for dark coffees, I love this blend which is smooth and makes me think of the glorious wheat fields of Whitman County where this is created.

Only second to the tobra breakfast blend! Love the flavor and how it is not as acidic as other coffee brands.

I’ve been drinking Palouse blend for about a year but recently started ordering whole bean online and grinding in the morning.....I CANNOT with this coffee. You know when you go to a coffee shop and you order a latte and you’re almost always disappointed by the quality of the actual coffee? But then every once in a while you will come across one that just warms your soul and you savor it to the very end. Well, that’s me every single morning now. Totally living my best life, having an actual smile on my face because that’s what GOOD coffee will do for you. I use an aeropress, and blend a latte in a bullett blender. This blend has so much depth to the flavor, you have to try it to understand.

While the NW blend has been my favorite, this one comes in right behind it. I just tried it this week for the first time and it's a beautiful, medium roast blend. I enjoy a lighter coffee as the days get warmer and the Palouse Blend is absolutely perfect for these warmer mornings. I love TOBRA Coffee and look for it when I'm out and about and need a pick me up. They have the best tasting coffee around!
